TfL fine contravention 46, Whitechapel Road E1
« on: »
Dear sir
I wonder if someone could help I just received this PCN (attached) contravention 46, 97-103 Whitechapel Road E1,
I stopped behind other parked cars due to my car start doing some issues and I wanted to see if it was ok to carry on driving I waited there for few minutes and then drove off ,
I am not sure if we can challenge this but I think we can still challenge as other cars were also parked, and I wasn’t not stopping any giveways etc
So please have a look at PCN and help accordingly,
Kind regards

Please give us details of the car issues you were having.

Have you taken the car to a garage to be diagnosed? Have you got a report from the garage, and are any repairs required?

@A1010A please call TFL first thing on Monday (0343 222 3333) and ask for the video, they will send you a DVD in the post and put the penalty on hold while you wait.

@A1010A how are you getting on with this?

In the meantime the red route traffic orders for Tower Hamlets are here.

@A1010A your video link doesn't work, you've not shown us a copy of your representations, and more importantly you've not really explained why you stopped here in the first place.
