Hi all,
Firstly many thanks to all the contributors for helping out, I really appreciate.
Received TWO PCNs for contravention 52m (failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle) at same location in south east london EASTMEARN ROAD.
Basically I travel to work via this road every Saturdays only.
The new restrictions must have started from October, as never received any pcn before. I was off work mid aug to mid sep due to medical surgery.
Obviously I didn't notice the signs, until the first PCN letter received on 19 oct for the 5th oct Saturday. Subsequently received second pcn as well & may get 3rd for Saturday the 19th oct.
I joined the Eastmearn rd off Dalmore road & there are NO signs at T junction of Dalmore rd. Just a very small, which is very far opp side of Eastmearn rd.
The Eastmearn road which I join by taking left ends about 350 ft. Obviously very short distance & new signs unable to observe.
Please see the attached photos.
Also i checked online, the amount outstanding will increase to £130 on 12 nov & first seen date was 5 oct. Pcn isued date 18 oct
What are the chances & grounds (not sufficient signs) I can make representation, please help?
Thank you.
