@cp8759 and all, hi, they responded back with a rejection of all my appeal points. Including that the sign was apparently within reason. Please see below link to two files, camera details and rejection letter. Where should i go from here? Appeal further with the form?

@Arashk998 that's an FOI response rather than a notice of rejection?
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

@cp8759 , sorry not sure what FOI is but there are two documents in the link. The PDF is a rejection? They mention the appeal has been rejected and on their website it says discount period has been reset due to rejection

@Arashk998 FOI is the Freedom of Information Act, but I've now found the Notice of Rejection. If you appeal promptly the penalty stays at £80 even if you lose, so there's nothing to be lost in carrying on. I'll drop you a PM in case you'd like me to represent you.

After I submitted a skeleton argument the authority DNC'ed the case, so that's the end of that PCN.
