Sometimes one cannot help wondering if Mr.Milton is on commission from TfL.....

Not only does he ignore your rep., he also ignores the panel decision from London Tribunals.

Rant over!
Please could you post a copy of your reps.

I do not have a copy, I logged in online explained I was parked after the restricted hours, and attached the picture of the sign.

The only question is, is the signage as posted. If so file your appeal saying only that you rely on your representation to the council and add the picture of the sign and also that you further rely on the panel decision. i do not have it to hand but someone will guide you to it

Panel decision:

Commercial Plant Services Ltd and others v Transport for London
Date:
25 May 2023
Case no:
2230060716 + Others
Subject:
CCTV

Thank you for your response,

Yes the sign I posted a picture of is the current sign.

I would like to submit now my appeal to London Tribunal whith very basic information.

As follows

1) The contrevantion did not occur as I was parked outside of the restricted hours as is evidenced from sign picture attched.

2) As per panel decision Commercial Plant Services Ltd and others v Transport for London
Date:
25 May 2023
Case no:
2230060716 + Others
Subject:
CCTV

TFL is not allowed to issue a PCN by CCTV.

Do I need to add anything else?

I am very Thankfull to all your help.

No that is fine ask for a telephone hearing, this can be changed later more can be added in response to TfL's response

Also send an email to generaloffice@administrativecourtoffice.justice.gov.uk and CC Rule6CPRService@tfl.gov.uk

Subject: The King on the application of Transport for London v London Tribunals (Environment and Traffic Adjudicators) - CO/2884/2023

Dear Administrative Court Office,

I am aware that Transport for London is seeking to challenge the decision by a panel of London Tribunals adjudicators in the case of Commercial Plant Services Ltd and others v Transport for London (2230060716, 25 May 2023). I am in receipt of an impacted penalty charge notice issued by Transport for London, which Transport for London seeks to enforce against me and which is currently before the tribunal, I therefore consider that I have a direct interest in the outcome of the judicial review.

I am not in a position to make a formal application on form N244 as the irrecoverable costs would be prohibitive.

Yours faithfully,

I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Dear,

Thank you for your email,

Unfortunately if you wish to be included as an interested party in this case you would need to make a formal application requesting as per; Additionally form EX160 (Help with fees) helps cover court fees if you have difficulties paying them. You can attempt to complete the application and if eligible it will cover the fee of your application.

I'd suggest an application for costs:
