I received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) for being caught in a yellow box junction today.
It was 2 weeks ago but what I think happened from the pictures is: that I was following two or three vehicles and there is a traffic light in front of the yellow box. I guess (cannot remember correctly as it was 2 weeks ago) the vehicles in front of me stopped because of the red light. I ended up in the yellow box for 7 seconds. FYI, it was turn right.

I have requested the video via TFL via cclondon@cclondon.com.

I am not yet to appeal but would be interested to know if there is ground for appeal.
Many thanks in advance for any advice!

We can't really give much assistance without info. Best if firstly, you post-up the PCN, all sides with only name and address redacted, and secondly, give us a GSV link, and when the DVD turns up try to post the video here. TfL are in the dark ages with videos. Why they can't put them on-line like the other councils is beyond me.
