I received this PCN, challenged it on the grounds that I saw a break in the lines of the bus lane and thought I could enter, after realising the break in the lines shouldn't have been there I was unable to re-enter the lane to my right as no one was giving way and instead of stopping in the bus lane I proceeded onwards to exit the bus lane.

Didn't receive a reply to my challenge and recently received an enforcement notice. I can't seem to find my original representation, although it says they sent me receipt of representation I didn't receive an email on the date stated on the TFL website.

Please advise me accordingly.

@ishaaq.ar well all London bus lane PCNs can be appealed, and all TFL PCNs can also be appealed, though obviously TFL will never accept anything you say. For now please do the following:

1) Make a representation on https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/challenge-a-pcn simply stating that the contravention did not occur, and include within the text of the representation an FOI request for the make and model of the camera (do not email foi@tfl.gov.uk because any such request to that mailbox will be refused).
2) Call TFL tomorrow on 0343 222 3333 and ask for the video, they will put send you a DVD in the post and put the penalty on hold while you wait.

Once you get the notice of rejection let us know and one of us will be able to represent you at the tribunal.
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Sorry if I didn't make it clear in my first post, I've received the Enforcement Notice so I'm already passed the notice of rejection stage. It doesn't seem like I can make a challenge online. Seems like my only option is to send in written representations.

Please post up here all sides of the 'Enforcement Notice' redacting only yr name & address.

I'm sure it is in there somewhere, but it's a long list of numbers to wade through - could you not rename each image to something meaningful?

According to page 3 of TfL ENs, you can make representation here:
https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/red-routes/penalty-charge-notices/make-a-representation?intcmp=2234

scroll down.
