Hi LCS1919/Hippocrates

May I ask if you have heard of any outcome of your appeal?  I have just received the same PCN on crossing the bus lane in similar spot at 19:44 on 19 Sept 2024 on my way home from Whipps Cross hospital following visit of my husband who just had a procedure done on him. I was exhausted, it was dark and there was a car right in front, hence my initial reaction was to merge into left lane towards the end of bus lane as I genuinely wanted to be on the right lane in a busy roundabout so I could take the first left after the roundabout.

Please let me know if my chances are high in successfully appealing against the PCN or should I cut my loss and pay £65. Very much appreciate if you can share the latest status.  Also I may be subject to further PCN as had been doing daily visits at the same time on 20/9, 21/9 and 22/9.

Many thanks in advance folks.
