Hi All,
I have a residential permit but stupidly parked in a bay that happens to be a 'Pay by phone' bay. The whole road is residential, apart from this small section that I missed when rushing to work.
On the left is where I parked. On that same left side leading up to the 'Pay' bay is all residential.
On the right is all residential:
Google StreetViewI was going to write an appeal stating I'm a resident and it was a genuine mistake, that there were plenty of spaces all along the resident bays, and if I realised it was a 'Pay By Phone' bay, I would have parked elsewhere.
PCN Page 1PCN Page 2I hold my hand up and it is my fault for not checking properly and assuming it was residential. But is there any grounds I could appeal on?
Thank you for your time,
JB
