Hi all, we recently moved into the hither green area and I could caught out at the same spot (on a Sunday at 10am!)  I've just appealed the PCN, using some secitons of the text from above, will let you all know if I'm successful...

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

I received the PCN last Friday (24-05-2024) and I've lodged a challenge through the online portal today (28-05-2024).  Very early stages! 

What can I expect next, will my challenge be automatically be rejected and I need to take it to the London Tribunal?

If you've read though this thread, you will have observed the need to start your own thread.
