Hi all,
Parked in a location meant for coaches. It was a big car park where there were what seemed like "double car parks" to us. It seemed a bit silly as I mused to my wife, how would the person parking in front get out without the guy behind? Thankfully we have our friends who can share the car park and we will be leaving with them she replied. The baby yelling in our ear meant that was enough. That was our mistake right there. I should have listened to my gut feeling and kept looking elsewhere.
But then again, the 20-30 cars parked in similar bays gave me the false confidence I needed.

We returned a couple of hours later to find all the cars having the familar yellow lapel tucked under their wipers. Heart sank. And now here I am. Trying to figure if I should even bother challenging?

The PCN does state that I have 14 days to pay it off at a discount, 28 days later owner would be notified. Since I am on a lease, that would mean extra expenses for me that the lease company would charge as administration costs.

The PCN image is attached.
(Image doesn't seem to be loading. Weird - )

This is the car park, with coach spaces right at the back end. which is where i parked. Parking Lot

I did use ringo to pay to park, but the code was for the car park, not the coach park.

Is it worth challenging?

The PCN is compliant I guess despite the misalignment.Took me a few goes to get the PCN number right.

You could post the rear of the PCN.

The council pics don't show an obvious coach bay or any signage; only the terms board, which I can't read.
