In the car park there are 8 x EV charging parking spaces.
4 x EV spaces have an additional white line at the front of the space, and 4 parking signs, individually placed in each parking space, to specify those 4 space are for EV vehicles charging only.
The other 4 x EV space have no white line at the front, and no parking notice to say EV only. This is where I was parked.
I intentionally parked in an EV space thinking that the space I parked in wasn't just for EV's, as there are enforcement signs on the other 4 x spaces but NOT the space I was parked in, or the spaces either side of my car. The car park is small, only 71 spaces, and it's a rural market town, so I thought it reasonable that they would provide extra EV spaces but that anyone could use them when the car park was busy.
I believe I have a case to appeal and would like to get your thoughts, please.
I have posted a video from the front of the EV spaces to show the 4 places with notices and the white line at the front, and the 4 places without. There is also a video from the rear to show the individual signs on the 4 x places, and the 4 x without.
The iCloud link also includes a photo of the PCN, front and back.
