Outcome.

The costs application was a bit of a long-shot but it was worth a try.

Brilliant outcome thank you!

I'm a little surprised the cost was rejected, but I guess from another angle there has also already been enough cost to the tax payer without further burden being added on a potentially ambiguous spot/space.

Appreciate all the help and advice from everyone too!
