Any idea when you'll know the PCN Number for this imminent PCN ? If it arrives before the 12th Dec, I would include it in reps against the one you have now, pointing out that until the first PCN arrived, you were not aware you'd committed a contravention. They may then cancel PCN 2. Also submit similar reps for PCN 2.
