I parked here at Blackburn Hospital and got a ticket. It said I was parking in a restricted street. I have appealed saying no offence was committed because I wasn’t parked on the road. I was on private land. Do you think I will get away with it?

Looks bang to rights as the yellow lines control verges.
Post both sides of the PCN. And a Google Maps link.
Looks like there is a loading restriction so should be a code 02.
