Date / Time: 14/11/2025 @ 14:56 (notice date 19/11)

The location perfectly shows the sign I also saw on the days of contravention, marked out signage.

GSV shows the correct signage, which consists of a sign at the start of the transition to a bus lane, (the dashed white line), and then the sign at the start of the bus lane.

So what do you want us to do ? The forum administrator is a very busy person, and may not be able to assist you. The signage is complete as of July 2025, so the contraventions would seem to be made out.

I presume you want to know how you might appeal these PCNs based on TfL mismanagement of the enforcement process, correct ?

I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Ask them for the video. I have a technical draft. I have won the last 4 cases against them: two they messed up their evidence and failed to attend as required. The other two they did not contest.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Thank you @Hippocrates

I requested CCTV via email (instructions online - Data protection etc) and gave them a call, calling was useful they put the days of PCN on hold and also requested CCTV

Once cctv came (recorded delivery), I responded using the technical template Hippocrates used before and included "cctv footage does not show alleged contravention, not see me driving past a bus lane sign"

PCN cancelled for both PCN.

Thank you
