OK, so here is the sign that tells you, (and us), that it is a restricted bus stop. If the sign wasn't there they couldn't enforce it.

Won a case v Kingston Monday because they did not provide the certificate. Neither did they provide a picture of the sign which was knackered in any event - sunburn.

I'm afraid I was just dropping someone off to go into the shop there (and waited for her).  My bad entirely.

That's interesting, well done.

Much chance of success in this case?

So:

1. Go to their website and screenshot and tick all the hoops.

2. I challenge as follows.

There is no evidence of an upright sign in the video.

I put you to strict proof that the camera used to capture the alleged contravention has the correct approval.

I also request the name of the camera.

I make this collateral challenge in that your website fetters discretion because of all the boxes with grounds which must be ticked even before I can make a formal representation. This is surely wholly prejudicial.

In light of the above, please cancel.
