Dear Redbridge
The video evidence does not show any upright sign(s) necessary to prove the alleged contravention.
I saw no such sign(s). I use the plural because the TSM recommends the placing of at least two signs at either end in such a lengthy bus stop.
Considering the above, please cancel the PCN.
Just submitted, I'll let you know the outcome.
Much appreciated!
Hi
@Hippocrates, hope you're well.
I received a rejection letter today:

Please note their reply in paragraph 5: "Your comments are noted, however, this does not warrant the cancellation of the PCN. I am satisfied and confident that the PCN has been issued correctly and remains valid."
They also suggest I visit the borough's site to review the CCTV, however, when I click on the link (on a laptop), it doesn't allow me to do so. The page reads:
"Make Representations, Challenge or Pay your Penalty Charge Notice Online
Your Penalty Charge Notice/Notice to Owner has now passed the statutory 28-day period given to make a representation, therefore you are unable to currently make any further representation online.
If you have paid the PCN, the case has been closed and you are unable to make any further challenge/representation online.
If your PCN starts with AF0, AF3, AF6, AF8, AF9 please check back later as we are currently undergoing system maintenance."
I've taken a screenshot in case it's needed at any point.
I'd be happy to take the next step and appeal at the Tribunal. Please let me know if you'd be happy to help with that and if so what I need to do. Thanks!
