Moving traffic. Yes. Add all relevant arguments.
@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

If you do not challenge, you join "The Mugged Club".

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

The hearing has been scheduled for 13th November.

This should be interesting but I am a bit nervous as to what I should say
The other day, a parking enforcement officer stopped me and said “You can’t park here. It’s badge holders only.”

I looked them in the eye and said, “Good to know - I do have a bad shoulder.

Apologies I have been away for a few days after a hospital visit gone bad. Yes please that would be really appreciated. Ordinarily I wouldn't mind giving it a go, but I really don't understand the reasonings, let alone how to argue them.

A huge thank you for all your efforts! This was certainly an interesting case for me — it stretched on for a while over a year but valuable and insightful nonetheless. Hippocrates you are the man!

I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.
