I cannot see you losing though, because by assuming that the PCN date is the date of its posting means the period to pay or appeal is based on this date. So they are robbing you of a day, basically. For me this is a serious procedural impropriety

Thanks for explaining this, I re-read your previous post and understood your point.  So I deleted my response as a result.  Im gonna go for it and appeal.

Are you comfortable representing yourself or would like to to be represented?

Whatever you do, do not go for a decision on the papers, you really must request a hearing.
