Received this PCN the other day whilst delivering.

I will challenge stating was on a delivery, but any other points to raise would be helpful. Many thanks.

The vehicle was Parked on the single yellow between Corner House Street and the residents bays starting...

OK, so you can claim the loading exemption.  I assume from your very short narrative, you were on a commercial delivery job, so you need to submit reps stating this, and provide collateral like delivery instructions, (copies of them of course).
