Hi - I have had a very similar situation on the exact same road. Situation happened to me on 19th June. My daughter was going to the doctor's nearby and I parked to drop off for about 30 minutes. Saw the RingGo sticker on the lamp post and paid for the session. Came back and I had a parking fine.
This is a parking bay that is split into two. One half is paid and the other half is residents parking. I've never seen this before, but is very confusing... I would imagine it's intentionally confusing, as I'm sure they make quite a lot of money from this!
There was at least one other car in the same bay as me, with a sticker too. Stupidly, I didn't get any photos of the signs or the other car
I already submitted a challenge, which got rejected this morning.
