Hi all,

New here and found the forum as I have got the same PCN for the same contravention a few months later... The sign is not clear enough or obvious! In my case there was also a road works on Marjorie Grove blocking the normal entrance to Mysore road from the A3.

Just wondering how Concoj got on with the dispute?

Does anyone know if the 50% discount on the £160 fine would still be applicable if i disupted this.

Thanks in advance.

@MattH94 all TFL PCNs are easily open to appeal if you don't jump the gun and go it alone. Please post all the paperwork as per the instructions here: https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/
