Thanks for posting Ing22, I agree Leeds has become a complete nightmare to navigate around and I read an article stating how many millions the council has made in fines so far this year and its disgusting.
On the vast majority of routes there is signage overload and its impossible for any driver to take in all the signs, the council is well aware of this and see motorist as a cash cow.

Unfortunately it appears she has been caught more than once as another letter arrived in the post today, this time for Bridge End JNC Dock ST.

A PCN for a different location needs you to start a new thread if you want advice. A look at GSV shows it is out-of-date, (2021), with a load of roadworks in progress.

You should be able to ring and ask if there are any more PCNs outstanding against your reg.mark.

I've split this out from the other thread for ease of reference.

Can you please post a GSV link to the exact location?

Sorry i didnt notice the new thread, below is the GSV link

Street View - Dock Street

Unfortunately this is out of date, there are constant road works going on in Leeds so i doubt even the council have up to date plans.
Again this used to be one of the main routes through the city

My partner has tried to ring the council on several occasions but the automated line just directs you to the website then cuts you off, there is no option to speak to a human being.

Don't waste your time ringing the council, nobody who picks up the phone can help. Representations can only be made in writing.

In the first instance are you able to go back and get us some photos of the signage?
