GSV needs updating, because whilst an approach along St Dunstans Road has a warning sign, (GSV September 2024), we cannot check a head-on approach of your wife along Ratcliff Road because GSV's last view along here is March 2022, well before the restriction came into effect.
So, in summary, your wife doesn't have a strong case on the contraventioni itself, but there may be a techical appeal argument based on council mismanagement of the enforcement process.
