I received a PCN for a exact same contravention on exactly same location i.e. Royal Albert Way E16 A1020.

However, I am uncertain whether I saw any relevant prohibition sign at the time. The only sign I noticed was the 40 miles per hour speed limit sign. I went back to the location this morning to inspect the area, but I could not find any motor vehicle prohibition sign, as mentioned in the PCN.

In this same post regarding this matter, it was stated that the sign is present but "too deep" for clear visibility. I'm unclear as to what that means, as I failed to see any sign at all.

Could you kindly provide further clarification or evidence of the exact location of the prohibition sign in question?

I will be posting my case here too in due course

@Kash please post up the PCN and we'll take a look. Please do not post on other people's threards, experience teaches us that that is a very bad idea as it becomes unclear who the original poster is.
