By all means crib if you feel it appropriate BUT post a draft here for constructive comment before submitting.

That said, forum rule is one OP's PCN per thread (or things get muddled), so begin at the beginning and have a read of

then post here a brief account of the circumstances,
all sides of the PCN (only obscure name & address),
any Council photos/footage,
and a GSV link to the location,
followed by your draft reps.

I know it sounds a faff, but at the moment you know all the facts for your particular case, but we are in the dark -- for example, you know the date of the PCN, which sets the deadlines for the whole enforcement process -- which is??

As John says: post up a draft. In fact, one of the cases has the wrong number in the draft. And the last case won should be added too.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
