PCN Charge
« on: »
Hi

I have received two PCN's charges for the exact same date and time, do I have a reason to challenge one of them.

First was on the A5 The Hyde/West Hendon Broadway (NW9) and the second was A5 The Hyde/20M north of J/W Hyde estate NW9

Both were for the exact same time 9.31am.

Can I challenge one as I think it is unfair to pay for both.

The charge was for being in the bus lane

Those are separate bus lanes as per the traffic order which created them.

I have a better argument about wording but I need to see the front page of both PCNs. Please post one complete PCn and the front page of the second one.
I help you pro bono (for free). I now ask that a £40 donation is made to the North London Hospice before I take over your case. I have an 85% success rate across 2,000 PCNs but some PCNs can't be beaten and I will tell you if your case looks hopeless before asking you to donate.
