OP, you really are going at this the wrong way. No point dancing around the matter.

All you need to do before expiry of the 28-day period is to register your appeal, not write War and Peace. It's a simple, two-minute process.

Pl get on with it. Nothing else to do for now, just register your appeal. If you want to add anything, simply state I rely upon my representations.

A Charge Cert has been issued but not served, so get on with it before you're timed-out of making any appeal.

No more questions just actions, then come back.
Thanks - advice was to wait for the video, hence the wait; will do the appeal today.

again, did you chase up TFL when you didn't get an acknowledgement?

Thanks - the clock was supposed to stop ticking when TfL receive the request; today is the deadline, hence the question before sending the appeal.

Ah - just checked and the TfL chase-up request for status on the video request was sent to the wrong address (the London Tribunals address).

Have sent a status request to the correct TfL one now.

Will be raising the appeal to London Tribunals today.

Will include your note about "see representations" - thanks!

@prowla
Maybe it would also be prudent to call them and request the DVD and obtain a reference number
