"Go to https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/challenge-a-pcn and put in a representations simply saying "the alleged contravention did not occur", if you're lucky they'll still consider it and issue a notice of rejection."

It doesn't matter what you select, you're just trying to get a rejection instead of a charge certificate. You can fight a rejection or pay £160. If they have sent a charge certificate the only option is to pay £240.

DO NOT WASTE ANY MORE TIME!!!!
