Code 52(M) Tottenham, Haringey N17

This is related to GX19240436 same day at 10.18am code 52(M)   
Haringey honeypot area. Residents are telling visitors to cover there number plates if they come into the area.

I was trying to get access to Higham Road but LTN in the way so I turned around and drove a bit further to try and turn right and could not. I finally got to this right turn but instead of turning right in to White Hart Lane  I did a u turn  code 50u to go back the way I came. It is apparently a red route. I was just about to pay the reduced amount of £80 when I thought I would check Haringey camera footage but it wouldn't let me in because PCNs begin ZN and mine doesn't. If you see pcn no. I probably will have to pay but was just curious.

@emailpat the signs look pretty clear, I'm not sure what else the council could do aside from putting a physical barrier in place?



This might be one for the strategy of last resort, but you'd have to tell us about any relevant mitigation.

I was leaving the scene, and this looked the only way out.This area is a nightmare because of one way systems and LTNs. I did not see these signs and only one box visible in picture. From the other direction there is two boxes?

The reason I was in this area was to help a friend with paperwork to sell his car because English is not his first language. He was worried about dealing with this company.

He was born in Colombia. I will try and get some confirmation of this.

They speak Spanish in the whole of South America except Brazil where they speak Portuguese
