I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. It is really quite disgraceful that this council allowed the matter to get to adjudication. Their ignorance and stupidity of the signing requirements for an RPZ is appalling, but as we know, it is all about the money.

Well done to the OP for persisting !
