Hey all,

I am helping a friend who got a ticket where he feels he should not have.

Location of contravention: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.5448202,0.0288053,3a,75y,265.2h,66.79t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sPJ_FwhNsLuzqccMcbTyIWg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu

PCN is here: https://ibb.co/Fzyy1PX

My friend is confused as he only drove out of palmerston road and is not sure why the PCN was issued.

I beleive today is the last day for to secure the 50% discount and so I would really be grateful for your help.

Well it's pretty obvious why the PCN was issued:

The key question is, how did his car get to that position in the road, and why did he reverse back?
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.
