Today I have finally been able to see more details on Lambeth’s website, now saying please pay £80 by 30 July, contradicts the PCN which says the discount is available for 14 days from the date of the notice ie 23 July
Discount expires 22nd July. Price increase would be 23rd July.
OK let's get on with this.
Dear Lambeth
I make these formal representations against PCN: LJ38496324 VRM: BD23XJA.
1. When entering the website I cannot read any details whatsoever on the one sign shown in the still images. The other sign is covered by foliage. Moreover, there is no video provided at all.
2. A recipient of a PCN is entitled to know the exact times when the discount expires and the charge increases to the full amount. There is a clear disconnect between the PCN and website which, applying the legal principle of
contra proferentem, must be resolved in my favour.
In light of the above, please cancel the said PCN
