Morning all - thanks for taking the time to look at this.



I received a PCN when parked on a KEEP CLEAR outside my garage, with a blue badge on display. I was inside the house and the vehicle was unattended I think for about an hour, certainly not 3 hours.



I believe there is grounds for appeal here because I am 99% sure I was not there for 3 hours.



I'll struggle on the wording to knock it out first time, so any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks for the response stamfordman - looks like you're right.

Up until this PCN I didn't properly notice there was a yellow along with the "keep clear", so I didn't think the timer applied. I just neglected to set it  . Will let that info sit for a day or so before I appeal. Thanks once more.
