New here but thought it might be worth asking the following. Have just received my second PCN 52M (issued for the same day) for failing to abide by LTN traffic restrictions, this time for Imperial Road NW and - NW of Fulmead St. Have appealed the first on the basis of not knowing the area, signage being inadequate, restrictions being unfair (first time I've ever used Daily Mail as evidence!) - all unlikely to succeed, I think. However, the critical evidence image for this second PCN appears to have been redacted for some reason and I wondered whether evidence of tampering is sufficient reason for appeal. Does anyone know?
