As it's the Christmas/New Year holiday period, regular contributors may be away. I have to say you're a bit late putting this up on the forum if you're minded to pay the discount.

I had a quick look on GSV at Elmstead Avenue, and it's unfortunately not up-to-date, so we can't see the signs that you allegedly passed. As the discount period is near, I suggest you immediately submit some representations on line stating that you are an Amazon Flex driver and were delivering packages on Elmstead Avenue, and thought that you passed the signs after 9.00 am. Ask for the PCN to be cancelled as a Christmas goodwill gesture, and say you will be more careful in future to check your watch. Putting in reps before the discount period means they will suspend enforcement while they consider, so if they reject your reps they will re-offer the discount.
