PCN Enfield - Suspected Cloned Plates (linked case)
« on: »
See linked case: https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/pcn-haringey-suspected-cloned-plates/new/?topicseen#new

I now have another PCN related to clones plates.

See PCN

Please look over the evidence that this is not our car.

Please advise and I'll create a representation similar to one to haringey. As per linked case I already have a police reference number.

Thanks

As you said in your earlier posting, this is a great faff each time.

I take it you are still waiting for the 2nd from Haringey?

Does the same CAD number apply to separate incident in different location?
EDIT - I've re-read the text message from the Met in your Haringey thread. So it does apply. I would attach a copy of the Met text to this rep and the Haringey rep and any future reps)

Have you checked Enfield for any additional PCNs?

@Danger_B again I think your draft covers all the key points, and helpfully the Enfiled website has an option for "My vehicle was cloned".

Send the representation online, attach a copy of the Met report, and make sure to keep a screenshot of the confirmation page.

Good news, it has been cancelled.

Thanks for advice.

How do I go about removing my imagery from the post without deleting the whole thing?

Well done.

In case there are any more PCNs in the pipeline, be aware the the clone is a Nissan Juke. There is no such model as a Nissan Duke.

And are you aware that the MOT on your Qashqai is showing as expired as of 10th May? Is your car maybe off the road?
