hi everyone, ive had a huge amount of trouble setting this up including at imgur so
pls forgive any errors. i will correct them as i notice or am told

am hoping people will take a look at the situation around the ticket i got for going through a bus gate and see if its worth appealing

circumstance was that i simply didn't notice the signs at bus gate and the red surface looked like a bus stop area so it didnt raise an alarm

i visit frequently from canada, the traffic system is completely different there. not an excuse, but it does make things difficult. have uk and canadian licenses and dual nationality

am hoping to discover[with peoples generous help] if its worth challenging

please bear in mind that i'm stumbling around this forum

Please edit yr post to add a brief account of the circumstances that gave rise to the PCN and also add the remaining pages of the PCN. Then yr original thread will be deleted.

ok now ive got a warning for posting again [a bit stiff i think]. what should i do, delete the first one, i cant see how nor how to modify the above post so Ive added a msg here

i do appreciate the site very much and peoples time but am finding navigation a bit confusing , any help to with this appreciated, thanks

Whose car is it? A hire car or a friends?

Are you a Canadian citizen?

yes i'm a canadian citizen i have dual nationality
car is mine

i dont particularly want to know what happens if appeal were to fail, i think i already know , i also have uk license etc

ah ok I did see that but at a quick glance looked like a still image, my mistake

no problem, not as bigger mistake as going through a busgate :)
