PCN Cumberland Bristol
« on: »
Hello,
I received a PCN from Bristol city council at Cumberland road bus gate on 02.01.25.

My letter from the council was dated 19.02.25  and said they recently tried to contact me, and as I had not replied I've lost my right to submit representation against this PCN.
To clarify this is the First letter I have received. No pictures to say where this happened etc. I was visiting Bristol on that date, it was dark and raining and I'm not familiar with the area. I dont recall seeing signs for this.
I'll attach the letter. Any advice to proceed would be much appreciated thanks

Ian

You seem to have only posted the last page of their letter. Please post all of it, and also read this to see what we require in order to give advice.  Of course some of it may not be available to you, so just post what you have.
