I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Hi All and cp8759

Firstly, I want to express my sincere appreciation for your assistance.

I have just received the notice of rejection of representation, which presents two options:

1) pay 110
or 2) appeal to the ETA.

Please advise next step. I have attached the letter to this thread for your reference.

They've still not looked at either link.

Would you like me to represent you at the tribunal?
