You can see from the video - that I did enter the Bus lane - just where there was a road works marker - the traffic was being channelled into 1 lane - but it's not clear or obvious on the pictures or the cctv evidence.
The problem you have to explain in any reps or appeal you submit, is that the video shows you alone entering the bus lane with all other traffic proceeding along the traffic lane. The video is the sole evidence, and if you get as far as London Tribunals, will be viewed by the adjudicator. So you need to expand on what this "road works marker" was. The council would be aware of road works either by themselves, or by a statutory undertaker.
