PCN - Code 11 Enfield Parking

Hi,

A PCN was issued at this location, but payment for parking had already been made. The booking process was slightly delayed as internet was slow on the phone, but as shown below, the confirmation receipt indicates that payment was completed at 12:19.

Since the PCN was also issued at 12:19 (although it shows observation from 12:17 to 12:19), would it be sufficient to submit an appeal with the payment receipt, or should any additional explanation or evidence be included?

Please post the PCN as well as a Google Street View of the location it was issued.

I've checked you had the right VRM and bay location code* so this should be easy. Just send:

Dear Enfield, the contravention did not occur as I had bought parking rights at the time of the alleged contravention.

Please find attached the PayByPhone receipt.

I look forward to early confirmation of cancellation.

*The code in the CEO pic is correct but I can see an inconsistency - your receipt says Enfield Highway but I think you were in Brick Lane as per the PCN?

Doing a quick look at other nearby bays, Enfield are using the same location for all the local on-street parking bays, regardless of what road it's on.

For example: Green Street and Hertford Road..
