PCN Bus Lane: A406 N Circular W-BND Chequers Way Green Lanes

Hi all,

I received a PCN from Transport for London (TFL) today, and I’m seeking advice on how to proceed. The details are as follows:
 
The alleged contravention is for driving in a bus lane on 26/07/2024, and while I don’t deny being on that stretch of road, I’m trying to decide whether it’s worth contesting this or if I should just pay the reduced amount to avoid the risk of being liable for the full fine.

So far I followed this thread as the circumstances and PCN received are exactly the same:

I challenged PCN with arguments advised by Hippocrates:

So Far I've received a letter specifically addressing the camera authorisation

I've attached images of the notice for further context. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I was wondering if you could provide an update on your case please.

I too have received a PCN regarding this bus lane and am quite confused - requested & still awaiting the CD - and would appreciate some assistance.

Sadly, all too often, we see OPs disappearing before a case is concluded.
For meaningful advice in your own case, best to have a read of

and start your own thread with a brief account of the circumstances,
    all sides of the PCN,
      and aa GSV link to the location.

Add a copy of the video when it arrives.

Hello,

Over one year passed since I’ve challenged the PCN in question and still didn’t receive any reply🤯. And just recently I’ve checked it on TFL website and Status History showing that it is On Hold (from 04 August 2024!) Would it be wise to ignore it?
