Dear all,

I make my entrance on the new site with yet another of my dads PCN. He is an Uber driver following his sat nav mostly and keeps racking up these pedestrian ones!

Looking at pic it seems like he turned right into that road and the sign on the left would have been useless while the one on the right could’ve been easily missed.

Please can I have some advice on anything I could appeal on.

Thank you.

The traffic order is The Haringey (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (No. 24) Traffic Order 2023 which does not define "term time", so there's an argument that they need to prove it was term time. If I remember correctly there's something under the Education Act 1996 which gives the council a power to decide what term time is, but I somehow doubt they'll include evidence of that in the tribunal evidence pack. Obviously you don't want to warn them of that in the representations.

The map tile is here.

There's an argument to be made on the signage but it's not very strong, see the view from here: https://goo.gl/maps/pzxvAv2jL8CxDdHw8

HCA has the right of this on pepipoo. A BB exempts parking in a restricted street so no contravention.

I think my 2 PCNs are causing confusion. This was not blue badge holder while the other one on pepipoo was. (Sorry it’s 2 different drivers. )

This one is moving traffic, not parking.
