I presume on the basis of that, from the parking enforcement team, that I'm no longer being pursued.
Except you tell us you have received a Charge Certificate, presumably for the same cancelled PCN and NtO. You need to  contact the council to ask them what is going on, bearing in you have a letter dated <date> that the PCN and NtO had been cancelled. Was this a letter or email ?

Best if you post up the original rather than a transcription of the text.

I received a PDF of a letter, sent by email, informing me that PCN and NTO had been cancelled. Saves postage I guess.
