Last week I booked parking on my local high street using Ringo app. I accidentally booked it under the wrong car registration plate. I tried using the app to correct the booking. But it wouldn’t let me. I ended up getting a parking ticket. I have proof of my booking (even if the registration plate is wrong) and I also have proof the app wouldn’t let me make the change. What is my best course of action to appeal this PCN? I would be grateful for any assistance. Link to PCN below:

Redbridge - did you get the free 1 hour session?

I think RingGo allows you to change the VRM within a certain time - post the evidence you couldn't.

Unfort I didn’t think to take a screenshot / evidence at first as I was busy trying to find a different solution. It was much later that I thought to take a screenshot and by that time the error message said “sorry vehicles can only be changed within 15 mins of the start time”. So that’s the only screenshot evidence I have

What length of session did you book.

So worth a try!
