I was issued a parking ticket under Haringay borough. The sign made no sense to me what,so ever. It had residents permit Mon -Sat 6.30am -10pm or pay and display Mon -Sat 8am -6.30pm. I parked the car around 9.30pm to take my daughter to a local pub to go toilet. I came back to the car to meet the ticket inspector who already issued the ticket, I asked him ti explain the sign to me which he couldn't and told me to just appeal the ticket.
