PCN 53J- Dersingham Road South of Somerton Road NW2
« on: »
Hello, I would welcome advice please.  This is Barnet Council.  I am a resident.  I no longer have primary age children and was not aware of the changes.  I did not notice the signs, having driven down this countless times.  Have gone back and yes, it is clearly marked.  I drove down the road at 3:04- the restriction is from 3-4pm.

I did commit the contravention- but I am shocked at the amount- £80 if paid immediately- a reduction of the £160.

Is there any argument or fighting it?  Would welcome any and all comments.

It  means we need to see the PCN, (all sides) with name and address only, redacted. To be clear, why not read this and then update your thread: -

GSV is only up to 2022 before the restriction came in.
