I've received a PCN from LBWF for driving in the bus lane on Whipps Cross Road. I've lived here 27 yrs and this is the first time being stung by this. I want to contest it and wondered if anyone could assist me? I have the photo and video and do enter the bus lane (not that I realised) right towards the end as I turned left to go down Hollybush Hill. There is very little time to move over to the left lane and the lights went green and I wanted to get through the lights. Those in front of me would have been going straight on or right at the roundabout.

I can see there have been a couple of other cases recently. Is this something you can assist me with?
Thank you.

You need to post things with public access.

You can use this. They have not turned up at the hearings in the 4 cases I have won against them which is fatal. Hence my petition.

This linked case will be the same too - plus their evidence is dodgy to say the least.
@Incandescent!

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
