Brent PCN 31 Stopping in Yellow Box Junction
« on: »
I have receieved a PCN for stopping in a yellow box junction and missed the 14 day deadline due to the PCN only received last week despite notice date being 24/10/25 and me misunderstanding hwo much time I had to receive the discount.

The 3 pages of the PCN are uploaded to google photos here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/DkVHSRCNFXpMHvKc7

The council images and video are viewable here: https://brent.tarantoportal.com/

PCN number: BT269441166
VRML LL74AYX

Streetview of the location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/oCp6WZECge8h5jS68

I believe the yellow box is too big and I didn't obstruct any other motorists however this may not be correct as there was 1 motorist trying to turn right who had to wait so any expert guidance appreciated. I don't know how to construct the representation so would appreciate any assistance.

I hope i've covered all the required info but please let me know if I need to add any detail.

EDITTED to say motorist who had to wait was turning right

I agree re the size. Please see the first link in my profile and digest it. We can then file a solid representation. PCN has valdity problems.
@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
